Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and 777fc ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Terms govern all use of the 777fc website, mobile application, and any associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, the Rewards programme, and all account management functions.

Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and other official photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 777fc will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending further investigation.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one and only one 777fc account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different payment methods, or through the use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering a 777fc account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all registration fields.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registered information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential.
• Not share your 777fc account access with any third party under any circumstances.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your 777fc account, whether or not authorised by you.

777fc strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 777fc implements robust security infrastructure including 256-bit SSL encryption, login anomaly detection, and brute-force protection, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility. 777fc cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Deposits & Payment Methods

777fc accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which may be updated from time to time at 777fc's sole discretion: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the 777fc cashier section at the time of deposit. The general minimum deposit is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods and 10 USDT for cryptocurrency deposits.

By making a deposit to 777fc, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds deposited are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
• The payment method used belongs to you personally and is registered in your name.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
• You are compliant with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the use of online payment services for gambling purposes.

All deposits are credited to your 777fc account in PKR, using the prevailing conversion rate at the time of the transaction for non-PKR payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the market rate displayed in the 777fc cashier at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

777fc reserves the right to decline any deposit, request additional verification before crediting funds, or place a temporary hold on deposited funds if there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular or fraudulent payment activity. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. 777fc does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods, payment methods not registered in the account holder's name, or methods that were not used for a prior deposit on the account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from fraudulent withdrawal redirection.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours (06:00–00:00 PKT). Requests submitted outside operational hours are queued and processed at the earliest opportunity.

Active bonus funds and wager-locked balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus-locked funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

777fc offers various promotional bonuses and incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards, subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. General terms applicable to all 777fc bonuses are set out below.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 777fc platform are subject to the specific rules of the respective sport, game, or event as published on the platform. General rules applicable across all betting and gaming activity include the following:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 777fc will not accept cancellation requests for bets placed in error except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game conditions.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. 777fc does not manipulate game outcomes and all RNG-based games are certified by independent testing authorities.
• In-play cricket betting odds are updated in real time. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are binding regardless of subsequent odds movements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fc platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the 777fc platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit consent.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

777fc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• A determination by 777fc that continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any outstanding bonus balance and wager-locked funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the originating payment method after the deduction of any applicable fees and the completion of any pending investigation, provided no fraud, criminal activity, or Terms breach is found to have generated the balance.

You may close your 777fc account at any time by contacting support via the live chat function in your account dashboard. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any remaining real money balance after the resolution of pending bets will be returned to your registered payment method.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the 777fc platform.
• Any losses resulting from reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the 777fc platform.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777fc's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data provided by 777fc users is governed by the 777fc Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 777fc platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777fc collects and processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and age verification.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and payment transactions.
